Greenspan Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that allows us to communicate with you via SMS and
MMS messages (collectively, “text messages”). By opting into our SMS communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Program Description
We may send text messages to provide updates, reminders, promotional offers, or other marketing communications related to our services. Message frequency varies and may depend on your interactions with us.

Text messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers, or pre-recorded voice messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase or use our services.

You may opt in to our SMS Program by providing your phone number through our website, forms, or other means (such as Calendly bookings or Klaviyo sign-up forms) and confirming your consent.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and that you consent to receive messages as described.

3. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from the Program. You will not receive further promotional texts unless you opt back in.

5. Eligibility

We respect your privacy. When you opt into SMS communications, we may collect and store your phone number, message history, and related data to manage your participation.

We may modify or suspend the SMS Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
